The inner circle
I design digital products where structure dictates direction and aesthetics follow with intent. My work operates at the intersection of Creative Direction and Product Design, with an increasing focus on the technical build as I evolve toward Design Technologist.
Structure before surface
Aesthetics must emerge from logic. If an element lacks a reason to exist, it doesn't belong. For me, beauty is the consequence of a working system, never a starting point.
See the whole, refine the detail
I seek to understand the system before shaping its parts. Once the direction is clear, execution becomes paramount. Precision is simply respect for the craft.
Keep what matters
Restraint creates strength; clarity provides presence. By removing the noise, what remains feels natural, honest, and almost inevitable.
Eduardo Torres
Based in Torreón, Mexico, I design editorial interfaces, brand systems and product. My background in graphic design evolved into digital products through a need to understand how ideas are built.
For me, everything starts with structure. When the foundation is solid, rhythm, typography, and hierarchy emerge naturally; these are the decisions that give the work its final character.
Today I spend my days exploring the technical side (Rails, Hotwire, CSS), ensuring that the languages of design and implementation become one.
I enjoy collaborating with teams that value patience, the longevity of what they create, and the process required to see things through.
